"We had placed our home on the market using RE/MAX of Byron.  Our home was marketed from March 25, 2005 to closing on July 15, 2005.  Our agent, Kitty Moring, came to our home with another associate and had taken pictures.  Those pictures were posted on the Internet website.  She explained in detail how she was going to market our home and where.  Our home was marketed locally as well in the surrounding suburbs of Chicago.  (Our buyer was from the southeast area, not a local family)  She had a plan that expressed what steps we should take and when based on the number of showings.   The plan she had expressed was adhered to and the results were excellent.  We sold our home above the amount that we had anticipated. 

With our relocation out of state, it was a blessing to know that we had a Realtor that had taken direct interest in our lives, knowing what our financial situation was going to be within a short few months and the selling of our home was critical to have the relocation be successful.
